What role does an mRNA molecule play in the flow of information for protein synthesis?
Svetradugi [14.3K]
MRNA aka messenger rna is what is created to "transcribe the dna". Since dna cannot leave the nucleus, it must somehow give its information a different way. What happens is that DNA opens and different nucleotides form together with the bases that are now open. This form is called mRNA. mRNA now takes this information, travels outside the nucleus to the ribisomes. Here the information is read and proteins are synthesized. In conclusion mRNA is needed to transfer the info out of the nucleus

What is the primary product of light independent reactions?
serg [7]

Answer;

A. high energy sugars

Explanation;

-Photosynthesis is the process that changes light energy into the energy of chemical bonds . It occurs in the chloroplast of plants in two stages; the light-dependent stage and the light-independent stage (dark stage).

-The light-independent reaction takes place in the stroma of the chloroplast. It uses ATP and NADPH from light-dependent reaction to assemble sugars. The product of light independent reaction is glucose, and reactants are ATP, NADPH, and CO2.
