Answer:

market price

Explanation:

By computing the present value of the principal paid at maturity and all interest payments to be made over the term of the bond, you can obtain the market price of bonds.

Although this calculation is apparently so simple, what it expresses has enormous weight: the prestige of an organization, against so many variables that positively and negatively influence the price of these bonds. For this reason, the term “market price” is so pronounced in newspapers and television shows, often linked to high-impact news that collapses or raises it in a short period of time.

Why do humans have two sets of teeth??
Tatiana [17]
Around the age of six or seven years, our teeth start to loosen, eventually falling right out. These are what we call milk teeth. Their termination is not a cause for alarm, but rather, a natural process. Soon new teeth replace the ones that are lost. In fact, the deciduous teeth help the permanent teeth erupt in their normal position. Certain of the lower vertebrates, such as sharks and mud puppies, continuously produce new teeth. But most mammals have only two sets. It seems that as you go up on evolutionary scale, there is loss in capacity to replace teeth, scientists say. On the other hand, the teeth become more specialized. For example, in lower organisms, teeth are designed primarily for grabbing and slashing, while in higher animals, they are also adapted for chewing and grinding.

It has been known that in humans the first set of teeth do more than just allow a child to chew. They play a role in stimulating and guiding the growth and development of jawbones and permanent teeth. One of the biggest fallacies is the belief that because deciduous teeth are temporary, they are not important. If a child loses milk teeth prematurely, by accident or because of decay, his jaw and permanent teeth are likely to develop improperly. Prolonged treatment may be needed to set them right.

Another reason for our two sets of teeth is that there is not enough room in a child’s small mouth for the full set of permanent teeth – there are only 20 deciduous teeth, compared with 28 or 32 permanent teeth present in adults.

Hope this helps

lawyer [7]

Mutations induced by UV.

The answer is option A.

They have a defect of their "curly gene," that's on the second chromosome. Having curled wings is a dominant mutation, this means that only one copy of the gene must be altered to supply the disorder. In reality, if both copies are mutated, the flies do not continue to exist.

Geneticists have lengthily counseled that mutations in insect pigment genes reason for modifications in the fly's brain because these pigments are crafted from dopamine, a chemical messenger that acts in the brain.

Thru those early experiments, he located that every one of the white-eyed flies being produced was a man, there were no white-eyed women in any respect. Inheritance of the white-eye trait might have a basis within the chromosomes, greater, in particular, the sex chromosomes.

9) Identify the FALSE statement regarding sensory receptor cells. A) A graded potential is referred to as a receptor potential.
rjkz [21]

Answer:

C) Each type of sensory receptor responds only to the stimulus that defines the receptor

Explanation:

Neurons, specialized cells within the nervous system. These help with coordinated movement ad communication within the body through the transmission of electrical signals.

Sensory receptors are highly specialized neurons. These are able to detect various chemical and physical stimuli, and are classified by their ability to detect certain stimuli such as:

 • photoreceptors
 • mechanoreceptors
 • chemoreceptors
 • thermoreceptors

Sensory receptors respond to certain intensities of stimuli, instead of one specific stimulus. e.g. Mechanoreceptors within the skin can respond to pressure changes due to touch, but may also detect sound due to specific vibrations.
