You should go over and provide the person with quick hard thrusts in the centre of the back using your palm. If this does not work provide the person with a Heimlich manoeuvre. This is where you put both arms around the persons abdominal and provide thrust by pulling in and up on the stomach with both hand weaved together. The image shows how to do this.
