In July 1943, war was said to occur around the soviet city of kursk, found in western Russia, when the Germans launched a deadly operation as way of Hitler, responding to the defeat he suffered in the hands of the soviet red army. The red army had time to get on and prepare for the battle and the Germans fought building by building on the instructions of their commander Hitler. They were outnumbered by the soviet army because they were unprepared with little food and medications on them.
