Process thinking includes monitoring , measuring and controlling of  objectives and management of all processes with the goal : achievement of the objective. Any outcome is the result of a process so process thinking is very important in operations management. But, process thinking have benefits also in <span>managing personal relationships, projects, or any operational activity. Regarding the education, process thinking is planning your studying, measuring and monitoring your test results for example. That way it can improve your performance as a student.</span>
