The term injury prevention means doing everything you can do to prevent yourself from harming yourself and/or causing any injuries.

1. Always wear protective gear; Helmet,and protective pads. You should always be safe when driving or riding a bike!

2. when playing sports always follow the rules to prevent any injuries!

3. Warm up and cool down after exercising to prevent pulling a muscle!
