The large intestine is very important to the body it’s where all your toxins and bad stuff is extracted from food and made into waste to exit the body and is unharmful to the body, the small intestine does the exact opposite it takes all of the nutrients, fiber, calcium, etc... and dispurses it into the body for good use.
The large intestine is important in the digestive system because it has many functions that it performs. From extracting water from fecal debris processed by the small intestine to pushing and processing the contents to be expelled out of the body by the rectum (anus)- the large intestine performs the following jobs and has the following responsibilities for ridding the body of unnecessary toxins, substances, and wastes.
Lightweight clothing because dark clothing will hold heat, waterproof clothing will stick to you and make you hot, and tight clothing will make you sweaty and hot
