15 miles per hour right so anyways that will be split by the number of minutes per hour so first there are 60 mins in an hour so its 15 divided by 60 which is 0.25 next how many miles will the cyclist travel in 15 minutes so that would mean taking the answer from the above and multiply it by 15 since you need 15 min which is 3.75 miles in 15 min hope i helped rate brainiest so i can reach next lvl! :)
