Being under insured is one of the main reasons that some people are unable to get quality health care. This statement is true.

Further Explanation:

Quality health is not just a phrase; it is more than this. In this, the main focus in the care of a patient is quality, not quantity. The main goal of the physician is the number of outcomes of health care rather than the patient visit in a day. The six major goals that help in maintaining the quality of health care are:

  • Make care reasonable
  • Give strength to the patient
  • Involve the family member in the care
  • To provide safety
  • To provide effective treatment and prevention

Quality in healthcare defines as to provide effective care when the patient requires it. Also, engage or involve the patient in the treatment and prevention of the diagnostic condition. Quality health care requires expensive diagnostic treatment, that’s why if an individual is under insured, then he/she had to expend more. Also, sometimes who is not financially that strong left with poor quality care.

Before Obama care a lot more people had no insurance, so they we uninsured.  That meant that they would have to pay out of pocket for Dr's visit, ER visits, and medications.  The situation now more people are insured (it's not less expensive, but it is paid differently).
The answer is true because people who had little money to spend on day to day things are less likely to have preventative medical care.  The quality of care is more difficult because by the time the person sees the Dr. the "cure" is more complex, because they waited to long and are more sick.
