The four types of seam opening can be :

a Openin in back : The opening of the back found in the back part of the garment can take one, two or no opening. The opening is placed vertically on the edge of the bass. Their purpose is to provide mobility to the garment.

b Heel opening: The heel is formed by a piece that overlaps below the center of the piece in which an opening has been inserted.  

c Side opening: Opening made in the bottom of the side seam of the garment, whether it be jacket, skirt or dress.

d Sleeve opening: Opening at the bottom of the sleeve with cuff on the back side aligned with the elbow.
