Stress management is very important because stress can go out of hand and can lead to very unexpected things. It can also lead to having not enough sleep and if you don't get enough sleep, you will stat going crazy and seeing things. You have to also manage stress because a lot of times, stress can lead to even bigger stress and cause you to not do anything! Not even eating or sleeping. Stress management techniques emphasize the need for adequate sleep and good nutrition in order to combat stress

Stress management techniques:

1. Breathe in and Out and do some yoga.

2. Do something you enjoy such as reading a book, exercising, listening to music, but it has to be screen free. Screens DO NOT help with stress.

3. Take a nap. Some people just are so tired, that they are stressed. If this is the case, then take a nap 1-3 hours long. But don't sleep over 3 hours or, you can't sleep at night.

4. Take a warm bath after a very stressful day. This soothes the "tension cells"

Answer:

Answer not in the given option, please recheck for error.

depreciation in 2021 would be= $82,000

Explanation:

Depreciation  incurrred in 2019:

Using straight line depreciation = original cost - salvage value / useful life

=(400,000-40,000)/10

=$36,000

The depreciation from January 1, 2019 to December 31st 2020 = 2 years

therefore depreciation  for the two years = $36,000 x 2 = $72,000

Book value recorded early 2021= Original cost - the A ccumulated Deprecaition

= 400,000- 72,000= $328,000

But Remaining useful life =4 years with no salvge value

Therefore depreciation in 2021 would be  = Cost - salvage value / useful life

($328,000 - 0)/4

= $82,000

Why do appraisal programs fail?
7nadin3 [17]

Answer:

There are many reason behind the failure of an appraisal system:

* Appraisal programs fail when they are not properly structured. It should be well designed because it is not a one-time process, it is required to be repeated with the passage of time more often.

* It fails when employees goals and needs are placed when setting them.

* It fails when there is lack of communication, when manager fails to communicate their expectations to the workers.

* When appraisal programs do not include recognition or rewards then chances are more that it is more likely going to fail.
