Stress management is very important because stress can go out of hand and can lead to very unexpected things. It can also lead to having not enough sleep and if you don't get enough sleep, you will stat going crazy and seeing things. You have to also manage stress because a lot of times, stress can lead to even bigger stress and cause you to not do anything! Not even eating or sleeping. Stress management techniques emphasize the need for adequate sleep and good nutrition in order to combat stress

Stress management techniques:

1. Breathe in and Out and do some yoga.

2. Do something you enjoy such as reading a book, exercising, listening to music, but it has to be screen free. Screens DO NOT help with stress.

3. Take a nap. Some people just are so tired, that they are stressed. If this is the case, then take a nap 1-3 hours long. But don't sleep over 3 hours or, you can't sleep at night.

4. Take a warm bath after a very stressful day. This soothes the "tension cells"

sesenic [268]

Answer: variable costs of $49,500 and $23,000 of fixed costs

Explanation:

A flexible budget refers to the budget which adjusts to the volume levels of a company.

Based on the information given in the question, the variable cost will be:

= (44000/8000) x 90000

= $49500 variable

On the other hand, the fixed cost has been given as $23000.

butalik [34]

Answer:

Outside vendors specializing in all aspects of benefits administration would provide improved support to the firm's employees.

Explanation:

Shared services HR teams provide specialized support of day-to-day transactional HR activities to the company's employees by focusing on using centralized call centers and outsourcing arrangements with vendors (like benefits providers). By utilizing HR shared services, Whitman and the other managers can now devote more time to other HR matters while improving benefits enrollment and coverage by deferring those questions to benefits specialists.
