For this assignment, you will write an essay describing the production of protein molecules through transcription and translatio

  • Messenger RNA (mRNA) is synthesized from the gene segment of DNA and, ultimately, contains key information about the amino acid sequences of the synthesized protein. The genetic code is translated for mRNA, not DNA. RNA messenger delivers a cytoplasmic cipher with protein. Cells do not contain large amounts of mRNA. This is because, unlike other RNAs, mRNA is constantly degrading.

  • In the cytoplasm, ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and protein are associated with the formation of a nuclear protein called ribosomes. Ribosomes carry and carry the enzymes necessary for protein synthesis. Ribosomes combine with mRNA to provide a stabilizing structure that can immobilize all materials during protein synthesis. Some ribosomes can be bound to a single RNA throughout circumstances.
  • <-----ignore the dot.
  • Transfer RNA (tRNA) contains about 75 nucleotides, three of which are antacodons, and one is an amino acid. TRNA carries amino acids that will be involved in reading the code and developing proteins. A portion of the mRNA replicates to form multiple fragments of the double helix. TPNK reads the mRNA codon using its own anticodon. The actual reading occurs by combining base pairs with hydrogen bonds in accordance with the base pairs principle. Each codon is read by the corresponding codon in different tRNA, depending on the anticodon.

The forward and reverse PCR primers used for the amplification of a VNTR locus on chromosome number 4 are 20 bases and 21 bases
zimovet [89]

The repeats which occur together on a chromosome are referred to as VNTR. The length of each repeat is 60bp.

The first primer is 20bp and is 53 bp away from 1st repeat. Therefore, the total length of sequence amplified by the first primer till 1st repeat = 20+53 = 73bp. Beyond this point 6 repeats on 60 bp are present, hence, the length becomes = 73 + (60X6) = 433bp.

Now the reverse primer which is 21bp in length is located 28bp from the repeat on its side. Reverse primer comes from the opposite direction, so it must be present after the 6 repeats.

The total length of the amplified region = 433 + 28 + 21 = 482 bp.

Explain the role played by muscle and bone when Ahmed picks up a heavy weight from the ground to the table top. 1909299393200202
Strike441 [17]

Answer:

Muscles pull on the joints, allowing us to move.Muscles make up half of a person's body weight. They are connected to bones by tough, cord-like tissues called tendons, which allow the muscles to pull on bones. If you wiggle your fingers, you can see the tendons on the back of your hand move as they do their work.
