Explanation:  Basically empowerment is when one is empowered i.e given the authority to do something. Often, this term is related to political practice, such as granting rights to someone who represents someone's rights. This means, not only in politics but otherwise, that it is a communication that is effective in terms of association for the common interest, when individuals do not have sufficient strength to pursue their interests. In this way, through such interpersonal connection and communication, the necessary empowerment is exercised, and usually the rights of those associated are entrusted to someone who will protect those rights, although this may not always be strictly so. Generally speaking, empowerment is an effective communication when it is necessary to retain  existing and exercise other inherent rights and strengthened confidence of those who do not have the strength to do so.
