Industrialized nations were often exploiting their colony states and were robbing the natural resources of these states for obvious reasons. While the industrialized nations often did build up the infrastructure, it was very commonly the cases that this infrastruture was bad and the colony was worse off compared to industrialized nations not being there.

NemiM [27]

The correct answer is 1) The plans for restoring Southern states to the Union.

After the Civil War, the era of Reconstruction began. One of the biggest issues on the table was how were the former Confederate States going to rejoin the Union. There was two very different sides to this story.

Radical Republicans wanted to punish the former Confederate States for causing the Civil War. They wanted harsh financial and political punishments. However, Andrew Johnson did not want to harshly punish the former Confederate States. Rather, he wanted them to rejoin the United States as soon as possible.

Why does Wang Jingwei believe that an effective constitutional government can be achieved only after a revolution?
oee [108]

Answer:

without context it seems like Hegelian dialectics... if you dont know what that is let me put it into simple terms... if there was a radical left in the country the radical right would have to take it over or vise versa and then the radicals would have to fail at their government so a new government that is constitutional and balanced is made.
