Answer:

E. Loyalty

Explanation:

Experts make use of the model known as Exit, Voice, Loyalty, Neglect to evaluate interactions in organizational behavior and comparative politics that usually involve negative modifications of an individual's environment performed by another individual. In an organization, a member's loyalty is higher when the costs to become part of the organization are higher too. The characteristic of loyalty is that a person waits for conditions to improve without doing anything, such as in the case of Victoria.

E. Loyalty

Further explanation

Loyalty is one thing that cannot be bought with money. Loyalty can be obtained, but cannot be bought. Getting loyalty from someone is not an easy job to do. Inversely proportional to the difficulty of getting it, eliminating one's loyalty actually becomes a very easy thing to do.

Loyalty is an emotional thing. To be able to get someone's loyal attitude, there are many factors that will influence it. Loyal attitude can be applied by everyone in various ways. Of the many studies on the notion of loyalty, only one category of understanding of loyalty will be discussed in this article. The category of understanding loyalty is the understanding of employee loyalty.

Another opinion says the notion of loyalty is the quality of one's loyalty to other parties which is shown by providing firm and constant support and obedience to someone or something.

Etymologically, the term "loyalty" (loyal) is adapted from the French language "Loial" which means the quality of a loyal attitude. Loyalty is something related to human emotions, so to get someone's loyalty, we must be able to influence the emotional side of the person.

The use of the term loyalty is generally used in the fields of marketing, business, and also organizational. In the field of marketing and business, the notion of loyalty is the willingness of customers or consumers to continue to buy and use a company's products in the long run. While in the organizational field, loyalty is a person's loyalty to the organization where he works by devoting the capabilities and time he has.
