Answer:

$35 per purchased order and $19.90 per square foot

Explanation:

The computation of the activity rates is shown below:

For Purchasing, it would be

= $175,000 ÷ 5,000 purchase orders

= $35 per purchased order

For factory, it would be

= ($34,500 + $74,950) ÷ (5,500 square foot)

= $19.90 per square foot

We simply divided the cost by the activity level and the same is applied for purchasing and for the factory

<em>I think it catches the sounds from vibrations that make sound waves. Or at least that's what my teacher says they are. We just started learning more about sound energy and she said that we hear things because soundwaves come and reach our ears after something vibrates.</em>

<em>Hope this helps and have a nice day.</em>

professor190 [17]

Answer:

A. recognition of a loss and creation of a liability for the value of the land.

Explanation:

This is because, in the financial statement of the Railroad company, it goes to show the financial dealings which the company had within the fiscal year under review. <em>Since, the Northern Railroad Company and Mark Ward has reached an agreement, the best would be the recognition of the loss and create a liability for the value of the land in their financial statement. It will afford the investors to be aware of the assets and liability of the company at the present time.</em>

zhuklara [117]

Answer:

$153.01

Explanation:

For computing the monthly payment we need to apply the PMT formula i.e to be shown in the attachment

Given that,

Present value = $8,100

Future value or Face value = $0

RATE =   60 months = 5 years × 12 months

NPER = 5.04% ÷ 12 months = 0.42%

The formula is shown below:

= PMT(RATE;NPER;-PV;FV;type)

The present value come in negative

So, after applying the above formula, the monthly payment is $153.01

Volgvan

Answer:

PV of the growing annuity: 3,129,415.72

Explanation:

We need to solve for the present value of a growing annuity:

FV = \frac{1-(1+g)^{n}\times (1+r)^{-n} }{r - g}

g 0.01

r 0.015 (18% / 12 months)

C 140,000

n 24

\frac{1-(1+0.01)^{24}\times (1+0.0015)^{-24} }{0.18 - 0.01}

FV =  4,473,508.58

Now, to get the present value we solve for the present value of the future value:

\frac{4,473,508.58 }{1.015^{24} }

3,129,415.72
