Answer:

Exponential

Explanation:

Since the Agricultural Revolution, the human race became sedentary and the population began to grow. Nevertheless, the  population growth from this point up to the industrial revolution (Late 1700's) had been more less stable (Approx 1 billion people).

But since XIX century, the population began to grow faster and faster until nowadays rates (1 billion people more every 12-13 years). This type of growth depicts an exponential curve. Its main feature describes a very low growth rate at the beginning and later on this rate increases considerably, just like human population.

I, ABRAHAM LINCOLN, President of the United States, do proclaim, declare, and make known to all persons who have, directly or by
Annette [7]

Answer:

For President Lincoln to grant them a fully pardon:

A. They had to take an oath.

Explanation:

According to the Proclamation of Amnesty, Lincoln is pardoning the people involved in the rebellion with one condition: that they take an oath. Not only must they take it, they must also never break such oath. Even though Lincoln mentions property and slaves, those were not optional conditions for the people to be pardoned. They had no power to decide about whether or not to free their slaves, for instance. However, the oath was still optional. If someone refused to do it, they would not be pardoned.

What is the difference between competency and rationality, and how does that difference affect decision-making in long-term care
Musya8 [376]

Competency refers to the capacity to make treatment decisions. This includes the capability to consent to a particular medical treatment and is presumed that adult persons are competent. Rationality is the decisional capacity to make reasonable choices in regard to one’s health. Competency affects decision making in long term care given that the elderly may not have the decisional capacity to make some decisions especially at an advanced age. An example is decisions concerning test treatments and medicine.
