1) The kinetic energy of the bullet,  

                                  K.E = 1/2 x 0.0014 x 396²

                                         = 109.775 J

2) The kinetic energy of the ocean liner,

                                 K.E = 1/2 x 7.1 x 10⁷ x 13²

                                        = 6 x 10⁹ J

Hence, the ocean liner has more kinetic energy.
