D. Just east of Station B

Explanation:

This would be most likely to have a low pressure system, because it is relativley the area that may seemingly have the least water by it. This is also an area that could be affected the most, because of precipitation levels are lower than other(s).

Low Pressure System is basically, what helps when there is little rainfall, and it is needed in that area.

This can also say, that  from all directions Station B to the east is the only direction, in which has no bodies of water near it, meaning there wouldn't be much rainfall.

Because of this it, there would need to have the help of a low pressure system in the area.
