B is the brainstorming phase at the very beginning of writing an essay, revising comes at the end of the process.
C doesn’t have anything in particular to do with revising a reflective essay.
D adds emphasis on what is important in your essay, and it particularly is for reflective essays, as you wouldn’t add that step for an argument essay, but you would spell check both.
