At first, the beat needed to be more than ten seconds, so the beat could be more than or equal to 11 seconds. then, the beat has to be five seconds more than that, so the beat has to be more than or equal to 16 seconds. 

so the beat could be 16 ≤ 17 seconds, 16 ≤ 18 seconds, or 16 ≤ 100 seconds. as long as it's more than 16 seconds it would work.

substitute in the inequality

$16 > 15\ sec$ -----> is true

therefore

$x=16\ sec$ is a possible beat length

b) $x=18\ sec$

substitute in the inequality

$18 > 15\ sec$ -----> is true

therefore

$x=18\ sec$ is a possible beat length

c) $x=19\ sec$
