what do you think would happen if you took an antacid prior to eating a hamburger? think about this in terms of what buffers do
Vika [28.1K]

This might cause indigestion or slow digestion.

Explanation:

The normal nature of stomach is acidic due to the presence of HCL. his acidic pH is necessary to facilitate the process of digestion. An antacid is usually consumed when the acidic level of the stomach exceeds beyond normal causing symptoms of the condition called acidity.

When we take antacids without any reason it will work like a buffer that alters the pH of a medium and reduce the normal acidic level in the stomach. Normal digestion cannot take place at this new pH. If we take any food after that indigestion will be the result.

So taking a hamburger after consuming antacid will cause indigestion or slow digestion.

A coronal section through the human body can provide mirror right and left images. a. pass through both the nose and the occipit
Andre45 [30]

Answer:

The correct answer is option b. "pass through both ears".

Explanation:

In medicine, a frontal or coronal section through the human body will provide mirror right and left images dividing the body into front and back, also known as dorsal and ventral ( or belly and back). In order to obtain these images, the coronal section must pass through both ears, dividing each ear into half. I attached a image to illustrate the way the coronal plane is obtained.
