In the theory of citizen involvement, participation is highly demanded to take place in public policy decisions. President Lyndon Johnson gave importance on this last 1960s. 
<span>Public involvement forms a consensus to policies and decisions of the government.  </span><span>There is some public policy making alternatives that can be used by the people to reduce some constraints in time consumption, costs, and synthesis. 

Formulated public participation suggestions were done like giving of public education, input, partnership, and interaction. </span><span>
