The term accurate used in physical science means correct. The term precise in physical science means repeatable, reliable, getting the same measurement each time. In Science you can never make a perfect measurement the best you can do is to come as close as possible.
The word accuracy and precision have almost similar meaning in day to day life but in scientific terms(measurement) these words are different. Accuracy means:-measured values is close to correct value or any specific value while precision means closeness between two measured value. These terms basically used in measurement system.
