Answer:

Calm down (i know its hard in the moment)

Explanation:

It’s different for anyone but for me, i like to sit down when I feel it coming. Take a seat and breathe for a minute or two, and think about something peaceful. Close your eyes and just chill. When i’m going through it, i like to distract myself as much as i can even if it’s difficult. Eat something, play a game, talk to someone. If you’re with someone, tell them. its the best thing to do because if not, they’ll have no idea.

To prevent it, find out your triggers. For me, its crowded places. Whenever you discover what triggers you, find your way around it or find a solution. For me, i found out i have to take small breaks every 15-30 minutes and sit down. Also I’ll distract myself by talking to someone around me.

If you’re alone, don’t worry because it’ll be fine. It’s actually better because you don’t have to worry about something around you. If you’re in a REALLY crowded place, just close your eyes and clear your head. Sing a song, think about a peaceful sound like the beach.

and if you will ... pray :) God’s with you and he’ll calm down your anxious heart.

Matthew 11:28-30 says “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
