For a person born in 1900, the most likely cause of death were be to die from sickness. Heart disease is the leading cause, then comes cancer and then stroke. 

For a person born in 2006, the most likely cause of death would be obtaining unintentional injury such as a car crash where their parent or someone were driving. The second leading cause of death is a tumor.
