If there was no rule of law then we would not be able to function properly. We need someone to tell us what to do, no matter how badly we hate the law we need it to guide us we need it to challenge. If there was no rule of law people would kill other people, robben, anything, trying to figure out where we are again. We would not been alive, so many people would not function, and give up, because someone has to be over us.
WELCOME :/

If there were no rules then the world would be thrown into anarchy and crime would run rampant (think of the movie The Purge). There would be senseless killings and no one would be safe. <span />

Could you list the possible answers? Until then, I think a 'metaphor' would fit in there.

I'm Hard Times, Charles Dickens's purpose in including Sissy in the selection is to show that
Vladimir [108]
<span>There is some parallel between Sissy’s story and Dickens’ own. When he was 12 years old, Dickens was sent to work at Warren’s Blacking Factory (Coketown, come on) after his father was imprisoned for debt. Claire Tomalin asserts in her superb recent biography about Dickens that, when he was rescued by his parents neither he nor they uttered a single word about it to one another. So I suspect that Dickens was strongly attached to Sissy in a very personal way. And for me, a world without Sissy Jupe would be a world without Dickens.</span>
