Explanation:

The principle of conformity suggest that conformity to land use plays a role in economic stability. This is a reason why we see homes being built in the same style as all others in the same neighborhood because this affect their values positively.

In places where there are some vacant spaces, people will come build their own style houses and that areas will have no sense of conformity. Some house being big than others or more beautiful than others with different designs hence affecting the value of the houses.

For houses to be sold successfully they have to appeal to the same consumers.
