Output = 4%*3000 * $70 * 3

Output = $25,200

Labor hours productivity = Output / Labor hour

Where Labor hour = 3 * 40 hours = 120 hours

Labor hours productivity =  $25,200 / 120 hours

Labor hours productivity = $210 per labor hour

Multi factor productivity for this operation = Output / Multi factor input

Where Multi factor input = 120*$25 + $1,000 + $9,000 = $13,000

Multi factor productivity for this operation = $25,200 / $13,000

Multi factor productivity for this operation = 1.938462

Multi factor productivity for this operation = 1.94
