Answer:

The more power the empire inherits, they often become blind sighted when it comes to making the right decisions. The higher up in the ranks, the more privilege you receive, the lower in the ranks you are, you often receive neglect. The oblivious leaders are eventually overthrown by their people, or often times citizens created fights among each other.

marta [7]

According to the vroom expectancy theory, motivation strength <u>"is determined by the perceived value of the result of performing a behavior and the perceived probability the behavior will cause the result to materialize."</u>

Vroom's expectancy theory expect that behavior results from cognizant decisions among options whose reason it is to amplify joy and to limit pain. Vroom understood that a worker's execution depends on singular factors, for example, identity, aptitudes, information, experience and capacities. He expressed that exertion, execution and inspiration are connected in a man's inspiration. He utilizes the factors Expectancy, Instrumentality and Valence to represent this.

Natalie helps her brother move into his new home. How might a virtue-based ethicist classify this action? Neutral Obligatory Sup
bixtya [17]

This action can be classified as supererogatory.

Ethics evaluate and classify actions based on whether these are morally correct or incorrect. The most common classification is:

  • Neutral actions: Actions that are neither morally correct nor incorrect. For example, buying ice cream.
  • Obligatory: Actions considered as morally obligatory, this means it is expected you do these actions. For example, it is expected a mother looks after her children.
  • Impermissible: Actions that are forbidden because they are morally incorrect. For example, stealing.
  • Supererogatory: Actions that are morally acceptable or good but are not an obligation. For example, volunteering.

Based on this,  Natalie's action can be classified as supererogatory because even if it is good she helps her brother move, this is not an obligation.
