Answer:

Leg press is used to exercise and improve quadriceps, which consist in pushing away some weight using only legs.

Leg raises is an exercise which involves the use of abdominals muscles. To do this workout, the person needs to lay down on the floor, and then rise the legs without using any other part of the body, this way, abdominals would the only responsible of the movement.

Bench press is an exercise through which the athlete presses a weight away from his body using only arms, the principal muscles that allow this movement is pectorals because of the position of the body, the person must be lying on the bench training device.

Concentration Curls is a workout practiced in a sitting position with the back straight, the arm that the person is gonna used must be supported on the leg, this way the bicep can be isolated, receiving this way all the pressure.
