Business

B is a reasonable amount of pages. You'll want to be brief in your resume as to not make the employer bored while they are reading it. Just keep the important stuff.

I believe that it depends on your past experience and what type of job you are applying for.
In most cases B. 2 pages is sufficient. But if someone has many many years experience and has held numerous positions or multiple employers then C. 3 pages is acceptable. But in most cases the 3rd page would consist of references, diplomas/degrees and certifications.

High Flyer, Inc., wishes to maintain a growth rate of 16.75 percent per year and a debt–equity ratio of 1.05. The profit margin
mylen [45]

Answer:

The dividend payout ratio is -48.12%

The Sustainable growth rate is 16.74%

Explanation:

In order to calculate the dividend payout ratio we would have to calculate the following formula:

growth rate=(ROE x dividend payout ratio ) / [ (1 - (ROE x dividend payout ratio))

To calcuate the ROE we would have to use the following formula:

ROE=Profit margin x Total asset turnover x Equity multiplier

ROE=0.045 x 1.05 x (1 + 1.05)

ROE=0.0968625

Therefore, dividend payout ratio would be calculated as follows:

0.1675 = (0.0968625 x dividend payout ratio) / [ 1 - (0.0968625 x dividend payout ratio))

0.1675 = 0.0968625 dividend payout ratio / (1 - 0.0968625 dividend payout ratio)

0.1675 - 0.016224469 dividend payout ratio = 0.0968625 dividend payout ratio

0.1675 = 0.113086969 dividend payout ratio

dividend payout ratio=1.481160928

Therefore, dividend payout ratio=1-1.481160928

dividend payout ratio=-48.12%

To calculate the Sustainable growth rate we would have to calcilate the following formula:

Sustainable growth rate=ROE*b/1-ROE*b

Sustainable growth rate=0.0968625*1.481160928/1-0.0968625*1.481160928

Sustainable growth rate=0.14346895/1-0.14346895

Sustainable growth rate=0.14346895/0.85653105

Sustainable growth rate=16.74%

Answer:

Simply file a complain in the court. The court will read the contract and then order Tom to finish the necessary parts of the company which means that the finishing of the tiles and carpet was an implied clause in the contract. So it seems better for Jane to sue Tom to mitigate for damages.

Secured bonds: Multiple Choice
makkiz [27]

Answer:

Have specific assets of the issuing company pledged as collateral.

Explanation:

The concept of a secured bond is similar to that of a secured loan. The secured bond requires the issuer to attach some specific assets as collateral. If the bond issuer fails to honor his bond obligations, the title for the assets passes on the bond buyers.

Secured bonds assure the investors that at least end up the certain assets should the bond issuer fail in bond payments. Corporations or government agencies that lack convincing financial track records use a secured bond to attract investors.

What improvements in retailing strategy might be attributed to the results obtained from shopper marketing studies?
Alex17521 [72]

Constant Improvement

Explanation:

"Shopper marketing recognises the way that customers, which are described as brands, customer, retailers and shopkeepers, use their knowledge in multiple channels and platforms and how they are aimed at the benefit of all the stakeholders."

Shopper marketing includes operations divisions, shows, advertising, labelling, advertisements, analysis and commercialisation. The findings from shopper research experiments enable manufacturers and retailers to understand the full process of buying from the pre-store to the moment of buy.

Examples of Shopper Marketing: Maxwell House – After the coffeemaker introduced a new brew, they initiated a massive shopper marketing campaign.

Wal-Mart - Wal-Mart sells more cold/flu medicine than any other retailer.
