Youth risk behavior is predominant among white male teenagers who grow up with bad idols that promote reckless risk-taking as well as not considering the evidence for issues revolving around risk-taking (such as a higher chance of dying for example).

Answer:

The negative impact of youth risk behavior on teenagers and others (community or society at large) refers to the 4 spheres of well being I.e social, economic, physical, and emotionally/mentally:

1. Social

Underage drinking, smoking, and drug abuse can lead to medical and social problem. This behavior also can lead to another risky behavior such as skipping school, stealing money and etc. People who fail to complete secondary school earn less income, experience less stability at home and at work and are more likely to require public assistance than those who do complete secondary school.

2. Economic

Risky behavior varies according to gender. Boys are more likely to experiment with fighting, skipping school and drinking while girls are slightly more likely to smoke and spend time on social media/mobile phone. These risky behaviors will affect their school performance which will lead to difficulties to continue their study and to get a better job in the future. It would impact the whole economy, as there are more unskilled human resources and the result is a high unemployment rate. Risky behavior such as underage smoking and alcohol not only hurting your health but also costing you money as well.

3. Physical

Dangerous activity and speeding can lead to injury or even worse, death. It is also impacting on others, for example, if a road accident happens, not only the careless drivers would be injured but also another motorist. People with less physical activities, spending too time on TV and gadget, and have an unhealthy diet can lead to a serious health problem.

4. Emotionally/mentally

Risky behavior can cause emotional stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and unhappiness. These mental health problems may influence long-term health by causing troubled relationships, poor school achievement, premature parenthood, and unemployment.

Jlenok [28]

a form of therapy called guided imagery in which a patient is given vocal instructions to vividly picture a particular, serene setting while separating themselves from any discomfort or stress they are currently going through.

The guided imagery technique is what?

In guided imagery, a stress-reduction technique, you use your imagination to conjure up images of people, settings, or moments that make you feel calm, at ease, and joyful. In that it makes use of all of your senses, imagery differs slightly from other stress-reduction methods.

What sort of guided imagery is that?

In guided imagery, your entire body is used. Imagine the warm air on your skin, the clear, blue ocean, the sound of the waves, the pleasant aroma of tropical flowers, and the taste of coconut to create the impression that you are there, for instance, if you desire a tropical atmosphere.
