It is also impacting on others, for example, if a road accident happens, not only the careless drivers would be injured but also another motorist. People with less physical activities, spending too time on TV and gadget, and have an unhealthy diet can lead to a serious health problem.
4. Emotionally/mentally
Risky behavior can cause emotional stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and unhappiness. These mental health problems may influence long-term health by causing troubled relationships, poor school achievement, premature parenthood, and unemployment.
