Explanation:

THis experiment is used to measure how fast would a car go when passing by a certain point, if it is let go from a certain height, so the independant variable is the initial height, and since this is the independent variable, the dependent variable is the speed since it depends on the height yo let the car go, the more high, the more the speed the car would gain.

Mr. Phillips is grouping his fifth-grade students for a cooperative learning project that will span class periods for two weeks.
givi [52]

Answer:    Place a students who is different in a group with a student who is tolerant

Explanation:  If Mr. Philips put all students who were perceived by peers as different in one group, this would then make them feel labelled and even rejected, and not as part of the whole community, but as a different group within the community. There are always students who will find different students repulsive and sometimes will even show some aggression towards them. That is why it is better to allocate such different students to groups with more tolerant students, because it is important that different students feel and experience that they are part of the whole, that is, in groups that accept them as different.

What additional new level has been proposed for the very top of maslow's hierarchy of needs above self-actualization?
REY [17]
Self-transcendence
<em>Self-actualization</em> is experienced when an individual has realized and fulfilled his full potential, his full-self. One of the best attributes of an actualized being is having the ability the accept his own self and others, thus making that person enjoy life and appreciate the beauty of each moment of experience.
While<em> self-transcendence</em> is "beyond self". This is the highest or the holistic level of human consciousness. A person who has reached this level has the ability to see others more important than his own self. This is the level where you are willing to lay down your own life for others. This is achievable only when we focus on things beyond the physical need; spiritual awakening is the key, the unity between the soul, the body and the spirit.
In short, self-actualization deals with the soul and self-transcendence deals with the human spirit.

How did the use of guerilla warfare help the colonists in their fight for independence against the British?
abruzzese [7]
<span>At first the Americans tried to engage the British using conventional tactics.  The British at the time has seasoned troops who fought in previous conflicts.  They were already disciplined as well as trained and commanded by veteran officers.  The patriots started with volunteers who were new to battle as well as officers who were not on the same level as the British when it comes to experience and training.  That’s why the patriots were defeated in battle during the early days of the Revolution.  Some of those who fought for the Revolution were hunters and were armed with rifled muskets that can shoot farther and was more accurate.  They also knew the land better than anyone and utilized those strengths to fight the British through ambush and shooting them from a distance.  The British were not prepared for this can of fighting which left them easy prey for the patriots.  The hit and run tactics that they used from their experiences and expertise helped in defeating the British troops.</span>
