Explanation:

The narrative rehearsal hypothesis is about how people remember a specific event. After taken the event what people follow. For example how people altered their memory related to the event by rehearsal by reading or watching TV. People come to know about an event that took place somewhere and a person gets to know by some other sources.

Memory changes every moment because of how the event could take place after it happened. So that when a person watches an event on TV and reads in the newspaper, a person is bound to add something new in the information when the incident took place.  Thus in the above context, the information took place because of our narrative hypothesis rehearsal.
