The true statement about omega-3 fatty acids is that fish is a good source to get them that hight amounts of omega-3 fatty acids in the dieat help to lower blood pressure. 

It could also be argued that walnuts, canola oil, and flaxseeds are good sources for omega-3 fatty acids; however, they also bring with themselves the presence of omega-6 fatty acids.
