I am not sure what you mean but I will assume you are asking what is a good schedule to sleep and wake up. In my opinion I think that going to bed around 9:30 and waking up around 7:30. This is because not only well you have more than 10 hours to sleep you will also be more energized and that means you can have a early start to your day. Studies have shown that sleeping early and walking up early not only helps the brain but also it gives you a more productive day. Hope that helped:))
