Answer:

Respiration is a process in which energy is released due to the breakdown of glucose molecules with the addition of oxygen forming carbondioxode, water and energy in the form of Adenine tri phosphate (ATP).

Photosynthesis is a process in which energy is produced in the presence of sunlight. In photosynthesis reaction, plant take water from the soil and carbondioxide from the surrounding air through stomata produces oxygen and glucose.

How does natural selection affect animal behavior and how behavior can affect the survival of an animal species?
Elina [12.6K]
The process of natural selection is a part of the evolution process. Let's take a herd of animals that live together so as to defend themselves and survive. If animals from the herd don't live by herd rules or similar, they will get eaten by predators or die. In time, the rebellious animals will die out leaving only those that live as a herd, and this trait will be transferred to their off-springs who will in turn behave as the herd too.

What do scientists now think about the basis of life
mariarad [96]

ANSWER:

Scientists are now of the opinion that life originated from inorganic molecules.

EXPLANATION:

 • Scientists now think that "life on earth" originated around 3.5 to 3.9 million years ago.
 • According to scientists, "building blocks of life"(amino acids) were first formed and these combined to form the compounds essentially needed for life on earth.
 • There are many scientists who also think that the first organic molecules on earth came from meteorites.
 • There are however many scientists who also think that some of the "building blocks of life" may have been formed abiotically on earth.
