Here is the steps of the lysogenic cycle. Lysogenic cycle occurs only in temperate phages.

This is done through recombination.</span> <span>4. Each time the cell replicates, the prophage is reproduced together with the host DNA.</span> <span>5. The prophage excise itself from the host DNA. But this is very rare.</span>
