President Roosevelt declared the Japanese Americans were a threat to national security. This is ironic because 70% of the Japanese people imprisoned were actually American Citizens. The U.S president claiming that it's own citizens are a threat to national security is extremely unjustified, therefore, Roosevelt was not justified in ordering executive order 9066.
