So you asked what I wanted as my career? Well, I want to be a nurse. An LVN to be exact. LVNs work in medical settings next to doctors and registered nurses, performing tasks like taking blood pressure, changing bandages and maintaining patients’ health records. Making a difference in people's lives is what I want to do and doing schooling for it seems very simple. In studying to be an LVN, I will be able to complete my education and prepare for a career in a shorter period of time. Most LVN programs can be completed in 12 and 20 months, where other nursing education programs can take more than twice that time to finish. What about you? What did you want to be when you're older?
