Since cellulose and starch are polymers of the monomer glucose, A can't be right. They are said to have the same size because the only difference is how the repeat of the glucose monomers are oriented differently so this does not exactly change its relative size, so B can't be right. Starch has alpha linkages while Cellulose has beta linkages. This means they have a different structure which can affect the function. Also, the function of cellulose is a Structural polysaccharide(cause it is part of the walls of the plant), while starch is a Storage polysaccharide (cause sugar=energy).
