Andy told Dr. Carrothers that he is now sleeping better and that he is also making good grades in school.

Explanation:

Andy attends his last meeting with the psychologist on February 5, his performance in school has drastically reduced and he constantly have nightmares in which Rob calls him to come with him to heaven. Andy does not want to keep visiting the psychologist so he tells Dr. Carrothers that he is now having a good night rest and his perfomance in school has improved a lot. Dr. Carrothers believes him and takes him at his word.
