Answer:no marlow isn't eavesdropping

Explanation:he isn't eavesdropping bc they walked under him and just thought they were in private so they should've looked better and he was there first not saying he should be petty about it but it would make marlow a better person by letting them know so after they finish talking they don't spot him and then accuse him of eavesdropping.

B.) In his poem, “The White Man's Burden,” Rudyard Kipling never actually defines the white man's burden. ... The white man's burden is to work hard to help people (“To seek another's profit,/And work another's gain) who do not want to be helped. The white man's burden, then, is the set of problems that comes with imperialism.

lukranit [14]

Answer:

3.

Explanation:

The quote from the Benjamin Franklin's autobiography suggest that the main motivation behind building the library was to improve the lives of his countrymen.

Benjamin Franklin was a major proponent of education and reading, thus establishing a Library Company in 1731 (as written in Franklin's biography).

The excerpt from Franklin's autobiography describes the true purpose of building the library. It was for the betterment of his fellowmen. He writes that after people started reading and educating themselves even the most common tradesmen and farmers attained intelligence as the other gentlemen of the country.
