30 - 18 = 12....so they make a 0.12 cent profit off each CD

0.12x > 6000
x  > 6000/0.12
x > 50,000....so basically, they have to make 50,001 CD's

all- 2470.2

Step-by-step explanation:

sod-

25.5 * 8.25 = 207.825

207.825*8= 1662.6

fencing-

8.25+8.25+25.5+25.5= 67.3

67.3*12= 807.6

fencing + sod

1662.6 + 807.6= 2470.2

A whole number is 6 more than 2 times another number. The sum of the two numbers is less than 50. This can be written in an ineq
alukav5142 [94]

Answer:

13, 14

Step-by-step explanation:

The parameters of the numbers are;

A whole number value = 2 × Another number + 6

The sum of the two numbers is less than 50

Given that the first number is equal to more than twice the second number, we have that the first number is the larger number, while the second number is the smaller number

Where 'x' represents the second number, we get;

x + 2·x + 6 < 50

Simplifying gives;

3·x + 6 < 50

x < (50 - 6)/3 = 14.\overline 6

x < 14.\overline 6

Therefore, the numbers for which the inequality holds true are numbers less than 14.\overline 6. From the given option, the numbers are 13, and 14.

slava [35]

Answer: ST is equal to 12

Step-by-step explanation:

If RU  is equal to 24 as a whole  and we are given that RS and TU are equal to 6 then we could set up an equation and solve for ST.

6 + 6 +x  = 24   where x is the length of ST

12 + x = 24

-12         -12

x = 12
