A person with sickle cell anemia will have:
Fatigue and Anemia are the most common to occur if you have SCA.
Dactylitis (swelling and inflammation of the hands and/or feet) and Arthritis is also common most likely garenteed to happen.
Splenic Sequestration (sudden pooling of blood in the spleen) and Liver Congestion is fatal and needs to be treated right away.

APGAR:
APGAR test is taken in the new born babies immediately after they are born. This checks the muscle tone, heart beat rate and also analyses any symptoms for immediate or emergency health care. This test is taken twice. First its is taken 1 minute after the child is born and gain taken after 5 minutes after birth. It some situation, it can also be taken again depending upon the the child's health condition

Each factor has score range of 0 to 2. The sum of these five factors is used to give the APGAR score. Total Score ranges from 0 to 10 where the highest possible score is 10. Babies scores low when born in critical situation like prematurely or high risk pregnancy.
I would say yes, with the right amount of funding we need to make sure students aren’t being subjected to life threatening situations, a psychical would need to be preformed every 6 months by a doctor.
