I would say making sure I get plenty of rest and water/food which is the top self care priorities

Answer: I know 3 ways
1. Be prepared by practicing as much as you can
2. Limit your sugar intake before the performance - in other words, don't eat too much of sweets before your performance
3. Stop scaring yourself with the thoughts "Something might go wrong"
