A harbor provides cities with a trade opportunity, which is very important for the city. If they're a transfer port, they can make profit of providing services next to a harbor.

Also, a trade will provide the city with the good it itself can't produce, and a possibility to exchange the goods it can produce for the ones it needs.

erastova [34]

Answer:

the digital divide

Explanation:

The digital divide is a concer in social science that studies uneven  Internet acces to computers, Internet and digital technologies, as such children are also target to this.

One of the biggest assumptionsof modern times is that all children and young students are digital natives, however the digital divide examines also the impact on literacy levels and education for children who can profit from the knowledge and learning online.

The gap also exists in developed nations.

Research by organization worries how Internet can impact education.

Reseachers often find that children from households of the lowest socio-economic class access the internet for just as long as those from other backgrounds, but they are less probably to use the internet to carry out school work or homework. As a result, report indicate that interventions should not focus on improving access but rather ensuring that students are using technology effectively.

Some consider digital skills are essential in the modern context, and often for academic success. Just as other subjects are taught, reading, writing being able to work in online environments is becoming unevenly an issue among children living in peripherial nations. Efforts are done to donate computers worlwide to schools which also happen to lack Internet.
