What does it mean if a number occurs more than once in a row of a stem- and-leaf plot?

If you have two 10's  and three 25's in a list for a stem and leaf plot, it will look like this:

1 | 0 0
2 | 5 5 5

A number occurring more than once in a stem-and-leaf plot just means the number is repeated, and should be added to the plot.
