B. astigmatism is the best answer, it definitely gives distorted images.
Nearsightedness is where you can't see things clearly unless they are really close up to the eyes. Farsightedness is where you can see things better the farther off, but both of those may still leave you seeing blurry. Sclera is just part of they eyeball, the outer white layer.

What is medicare advantage?

A combined alternative to Original Medicare is Medicare Advantage. People who qualify for Medicare can receive health insurance coverage through private insurers that offer Medicare Advantage plans under contracts with the federal government.

Pro:

 1. Additional advantages, which could include financial assistance with the expense of eye, dental, and hearing care.
 2. possibly lower insurance premiums.
 3. limits on the amount of hospital and medical coverage that you may be required to pay out of pocket. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services set this ceiling at $7,550 in 2022.

Cons:

 1. less freedom to pick your own doctors.
 2. you must live and receive your non-emergency medical care within the geographical coverage region of the plan.
 3. limitations on your use of a Medicare Supplement Insurance insurance to return to Original Medicare.
 4. the possibility that the insurer, the network, and the medical providers it includes would cancel the plan. (If this occurs, you will be informed and given alternative options.)
